从木桶理论的发展史浅议管理研究方法

A Brief Analysis on Management Research Methodology based on Bucket Principal's Evolution History

木桶理论是管理学经典理论,在各领域均有较多的推广应用。本文旨在通过对木桶理论进行追溯,寻找出该理论的原始出发点,并对它的发展、扩展等历史阶段进行分析,力求从历史观角度厘清木桶理论的脉络,把握该理论的精髓。在对木桶理论发展历史充分剖析后,结合实践需求与理论发展,以提出动态木桶理论模型作为阶段性总结。在沿木桶理论时间轴纵向分析的过程中,从管理理论研究的方法角度进行横向总结,对管理理论研究方法所依赖的各方面因素进行分析,并探索总结其具有规律性的内容。最后给出研究过程中所涉及纵向、横向因素以及具体的方法指导,最终完成以木桶理论自身发展史研究为案例到管理方法论的探讨工作。

As one of classical management theory, the Bucket Principal is applied in various fields. This paper aims to trace the original of the Bucket Principle, find out the original starting point of the theory, and the history of its evolution, expansion and other stages of its development. By clarify the context of the Bucket Principal from historical point of view, this paper shows the essence of this theory. In the the fully parsed Bucket Principal developing history, combined with the practical needs and theoretical development, this paper presents the the Dynamic Bucket Principle Model as summary. By summing up the Bucket Principal through timeline analysis of the evolution process, from the perspective of management theory research methodology to analyze theory research method depends on what factors, this paper explores and summarize the researching regularity. In combination with vertical and horizontal factors as well as specific methods to guide the course of study, finally this paper completes historical analyze of the Bucket Principal itself as a case to management methodology research.
