摘要 研究了扩大和强化过程时碱抽提时间对木聚糖去除、纸浆和纸张性能及结果的影响。漂白桦木硫酸盐浆的碱抽提产生了两部分产物:纯木聚糖和木聚糖含量降低的纸浆。研究结果表明:抽提5min得到的木聚糖量与抽提60min得到的木聚糖量是相近的;在合理的范围内,缩短提取时间有利于保持纤维和纸张的性能;碱处理纤维的洗涤必须小心进行,以避免造成对纤维的机械损伤,以及细小纤维的流失。 In this pilot scale study, we examined the effects of alkaline extraction time on xylan removal, pulp and paper properties, and the consequences that need to be addressed when scaling up and intensifying the process. Alkaline extraction of bleached birch kraft pulp yields two fractions: pure polymeric xylan and pulp with reduced xylan content. Our results indicate that a similar amount of xylan can be extracted in 5 min as the amount obtained in 60 rain. We found, however, that the shorter extraction time is beneficial to maintain the fiber and paper properties at an acceptable level. This pilot trial demonstrated that the washing procedure of the alkali-treated fibers must be selected with care to avoid causing mechanical damage to fibers and to avoid the loss of fines.
