摘要
儒家仁学是基于血亲共同体和人的反省而产生的一种具有哲学意义和浓厚伦理色彩的价值学说,旨在开显人的爱心、伦理责任并建立文明秩序。传统仁学的等差之爱是第一位的,平等次之,而自由主要是道德的自主和自律。今天,我们要继承并创新仁学,关键在于彰显孔子以"仁"启示人、提升人的思想旨趣,修正并拓展传统仁学的致思理路,对爱与平等给予同样重视,尊重并吸取西方自由学说的合理性。如此,仁学方能适应现代社会的合理分化及民众的平等要求,并为促进人类之爱和全球正义作出贡献。
The Confucian benevolence is a kind of value theory based on a philosophical sense and a strong ethical color of consanguinity community, whose tenet is to show love, ethical responsibility and social order. In traditional Confucian benevolence, graded love is first, equality is second, and freedom is moral autonomy and self-discipline. Now we should inherit and give the Confucian benevolence new meaning, whose key is to improve the people's thought. Love and equality are the same and at the same time the reasonable factors of the Western freedom should be introduced. Only in this way can the Confu- cian benevolence be adapted to reasonable differentiation and people's requirement of equality in modern society.
