摘要
危险个人的违法行为给社会带来了严重危害,只有对其实施有效的法律控制,才能减少犯罪,保卫社会安全。危险个人法律控制的基本价值目标体现为自由和秩序。自由是危险个人法律控制的核心价值目标,而秩序是危险个人法律控制的基础价值目标。两者是相互依存、相互促进的和谐统一关系,而非必择其一的对立关系。
The illegal behavior of dangerous individuals caused serious harm to the society. Only the im- plementation of effective legal control can reduce crime, defend social security. The basic value gal control about dangerous individuals reflects freedom and order. Freedom is the core value goal of le- goal, and order is the basic value goal of the legoal control about dangerous individuals. They are interdependent, mutually promote and harmonious unity, not only one of the opposite relations
