摘要
专业技术人才是铁路创新发展的根本保证,近年来铁路大力实施人才工程,极大地提高了专业技术人才队伍的创新能力和实践能力。针对目前专业技术人才队伍建设中存在的人才理念不到位、培训机制不适应、评价机制不完善、激励机制不健全等问题,从完善专业技术人才培养机制、评价机制、使用机制、激励机制等方面提出对策建议。
Special technical talents are the basic guarantee of railway innovation and development. In recent years, powerful talent engineering is implemented in railways, which greatly increase the innovative and practice capacity of special technical talent team. Targeting with recent problems existing in the team establishment such as lacking of talent concept, unadapted training mechanism, unimproved evaluation mechanism and unsound inspiriting mechanism, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions from aspects of improving the mechanisms of the talent training, evaluation, utilization and inspiriting.
