瑞士职业教育的成功经验及其启示——以江苏省高等职业教育发展为例

Successful Experience and Enlightenment of Swiss Vocational Education to the Construction of the College's Connotatio

瑞士的高职教育是世界职业教育的典范。通过对瑞士职业教育的考察,从瑞士的专业教育体系、职业教育模式、资金投入机制、职业资格考评制度等内容,结合学习考察所思,提出了:不断健全与完善江苏省职业教育体系;努力创造职业教育公平发展的良好氛围;充分发挥政府在行业、企业和学校之间的协调作用的建议,以促进江苏省高等职业教育的科学发展。

Swiss vocational education is the model in the world. Based on the research of Swiss vocational education, this paper states its distinctive characteristics from the aspects of Swiss vocational education syatem, model, capital investment mechanism, the professional qualification examination system. Combing with the thinking after researching, the author puts forward three suggestions for the scientific development of Jiangsu vocational education.
