摘要
目的分析激励需要在护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取四川省资阳市中医院的所有护士长143名,让其根据护士们的需要实施激励,比较前后的护理质量以及患者满意度。结果在激励需要实施前后护理质量以及患者满意度存在差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论在护理管理中应用激励需要可以调动护士的积极性,提高护理质量以及患者满意度。
Objective Analysis of incentive needed care management. Methods 143 nurses selected Ziyang City, Sichuan Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital incentives, according to their incentives need to compare before and after the quality of care and patient satisfaction. Results Differences (P〈 0.05), with a statistically significant incentives before and after the implementation of the quality of care and patient satisfaction. Conclusion Care management incentive need to mobilize the enthusiasm of the nurses, to improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction.
