红光理疗促进阑尾炎伤口愈合效用分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察红光理疗对促进阑尾炎伤口愈合的作用。方法选择该院2008年6月—2010年9月外科进行阑尾切除术患者200例,随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组行抗生素与伤口清创治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予伤口红光理疗。结果观察组患者的伤口愈合时间明显较对照组缩短,差异有统计学意义P<0.05。结论红光理疗具有促进伤口组织新陈代谢,加速细胞合成,提高细胞生物活性,促进局部血液循环,减轻组织水肿,提高抗炎效果,减轻疼痛等优点,可作为阑尾炎手术患者与其它创伤的辅助治疗方法。
