同型半胱氨酸和甘油三酯的动态监测在中老年人心血管病中的应用

目的探讨半胱氨酸(HCY)和甘油三酯(TG)对老年人患心血管疾病的影响。方法用OLYMPUS AU640机器对900例中老年人(50～70岁)进行HCY和TG测定,其中300例患者体内HCY高于正常值,300例TG含量高于正常值,300例体内两种物质含量正常,进而为期两年的跟踪调查。结论 HCY与TG与心血管疾病的发生有着重要联系,及时检测并采取相应手段可以预防和治疗。

Objective To investigate the influence of cysteine （HCY） and triglyceride （TG） on the disease of cardiovascular disease. Methods We use OLYMPUS AU640 machine to check 900 cases in the elderly （50 to 70 years old） of HCY and TG determination, including 300 patients in vivo HCY higher than normal, 300 patients with TG levels higher than normal, 300 cases of the two substances in the body content is normal, then we begin a two-year follow-up survey. Conclusion HCY TG and the occurrence of cardiovascular disease have important links to timely detect and can take the appropriate means of prevention and treatment.
