摘要
新的"卫生医疗体制改革"和"关于分类推进事业单位改革的指导意见"相继出台,为我国医疗机构的体制改革和运营模式指出了明确的方针和系统规划,随之而来的就是医疗单位内部绩效工资制度的切实执行。但是由于医疗行业自身的特殊性决定了医疗服务的主体——医务人员的劳动力价值难以合理估价,至今未能形成科学的评价体系和量化标准。文中探讨如何公正、客观地体现医疗人员的劳动力价值,使他们的个人价值体现与他们的实际贡献相匹配,从而使他们的劳动付出得到合法的相应回报。
The new "health care reform" and "guidance on classification and promoting the reform of public institutions" have been introduced, system and operation mode of medical institutions in China pointed out that a clear policy and systems planning, follow is the medical unit of the effective implementation of pay-for-performance system. But due to the particularities of the medical industry's own decisions--the subject of a medical service labor value to a reasonable valuation of medical personnel, have been unable to form a scientific evaluation system and quantitative criteria. This article at how fair and objectively reflect the labor value of medical personnel, so that they match the personal value and their actual contribution, so as to allow their labor to pay to get a legitimate return.
