痔病PPH术42例分析

目的探讨PPH术的疗效及可行性。方法 42例PPH术结果,手术均获的成功。手术时间20～40min,术后住院时间3～6d。术后回访无一例复发。结论 PPH患者康复快,疗效好,复发率低,术后痛苦轻等,安全可行,值得基层医院推广应用。PPH术是根据肛肠病中痔病新的概念所作的一种新的手术方式。我们于2009年1月—2010年2月为42例患者行经PPH术,疗效满意,现报道如下。

Objective To explore the curative effect of PPH surgery and feasibility. Methods 42 cases of PPH surgery results, surgery have been successful. Operation time 20 min - 40 min, postoperative hospitalization time 3 - 6 days. No one pays a return visit postoperative recurrence. Conclusion PPH patients recover quickly, has good curative effect, the recurrence rate is low, postoperative pain light, etc., safe and feasible, it is worth popularization and application of the basic-level hospitals. PPH surgery is based on anorectal disease hemorrhoid disease new concepts for a new operation method.
