坏死增生性淋巴结病10例报告

A report of 10 cases with kikuchi-fujimotos disease

目的 研究分析坏死增生性淋巴结病的发病、临床特征、病理诊断及治疗。方法 报道经治疗的 10例坏死增生性淋巴结病 ,结合文献进行分析。结果 本病以发热、淋巴结肿大为特点 ,淋巴结活检是关键 ,其主要特点是 :淋巴结呈广泛凝固性坏死 ,伴组织细胞反应性增生 ,无中性粒细胞浸润。结论 此病可能有两种类型 ,一种为独立疾病 ,预后良好 ,和其它疾病无关 ;另一种则为非独立疾病 ,它可能是一种结缔组织疾病 ( SL E)

Objective To study the clinical features,pathology,diagnosis and treatment of the kikuchi fujimotos disease.Methods 10 cases of kikuchi fujimotos disease were reported and analysed with a review of other cases from literature.Results There were many physiological characteristics in this disease such as enlargement of lymph nodes and fever. The biopsy of lymph nodes was critical,whose characteristics were that lymph nodes showed extensive coagulated necrosis accompanied with proliferation of tissue cell reactivity but with no neutral cell infiltration.Conclusion This disease can be divided into two types:one is independent disease with favorable prognosis and without any association of other diseases;the other is dependant disease,which may be partial sign of connective tissue disease.
