A Local Inquiry into Discipline Construction of Andragogy in the 20^(th) Century in China

20世纪我国成人教育学的发展经历了初建、重建、停滞、再建、发展和成型六个阶段。回顾20世纪我国成人教育学学科建设,可以发现,当前我国成人教育学学科发展亟需解决五个方面的问题:成人教育学学科的独立地位;成人教育学与相关学科的关系;成人教育学的国际责任;成人教育学和成人教育实践的关系;成人教育学学科研究队伍的建设。

during the twenty century, China＇s andragogy witnesses six phases,including initial building,rebuilding, stagnancy, rebuilding once again, development and taking shape. With regard to the review of China＇ s discipline construc- tion of andragogy in the twenty century, the researcher finds its five questions needed to solve as soon as possible： the inde-pendence of andragogy; andragogy relation with its relative discipline; the international responsibility of andragogy; the relation between the andragogy and the practices on andragogy; the construction on researchers of andragogy.
