摘要
规范与自由是对立统一的,二者相辅相成、相互依存、缺一不可。学校规范是学生健康自由发展的重要条件,但在我国当下的基础教育实践中,出现了规范与自由错位的现象,具体表现为规范过度侵犯学生自由以及规范弱化造成了学生自由泛滥。为促进学生自由、全面地发展,学校需设定适应学生发展的规范,即构建基于自由的学校规范和为了自由的学校规范。
Norms and freedom are opposites yet in a unity. The two aspects are interdependent and indispensable. School norms are the important conditions for the free development of students. The dislocation of norms and freedom arises in the current practice of our country' s basic education. The over-specification of norms infringes upon students' freedom and the weakening of norms leads to students' unchecked freedom. In order to facilitate students' free and comprehensive development, schools need to formulate a program which suits students' development, that is to construct school norms which are based on freedom and for freedom.
