安乐死合法性问题浅议

在人类漫长的文明史中,人类对死亡的观念在不断地发展演变。从最初的畏惧死亡发展到被动地接受死亡,最后发展到积极主动地规范死亡。在现代社会,安乐死这一新的死亡方式逐渐为人们所认识。目前,安乐死在很多国家还不被法律所认可,但是呼吁安乐死合法化的人已经越来越多。安乐死的合法性问题,值得深思。

In the long history of human civilization, the attitudes towards death have been constantly evolwng from the initial fear of death to the passive acceptance, and then to the active regulating of death. In modern socie- ty, euthanasia as a new way resulting in death has been gradually recognized. At present, euthanasia is not granted by law in many countries, but calls for its application have been on the rise. The legality of euthanasia deserves fur- ther serious thinking.
