摘要
目的 探明隔物灸操作过程多种作用因素所致的温热刺激规律。方法 采用计算机灸法研究测试分析系统对施术中涉及的操作方式、材料品质、药饼与艾炷性状等 12种因素 ,进行了同步测试和比较分析。结果 不同的操作方式、过程 ,以及材料质量要求等 ,呈现出相应温度变化规律。结论 从临床操作出发将相关因素进行优化组合 ,对于提高操作水平和把握疗效因素具有一定的指导意义。
Purpose To investigate the regularity of warm stimulation by multiple action factors during performing indirect moxibustion. Methods Computer moxibustion research test analysis system was used for simultaneous test and comparative analysis of 12 factors, such as mode of operation, quality of material and properties of herbal cakes and moxa cones, involved in the performance. Results Different operation mode and process, and material quality had the corresponding regularity of a change in temperature. Conclusion The optimum combination of correlation factors in the clinical operation has guiding significance to raising operation level and improving curative effect.
