乙酰肝素酶在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及临床意义

摘要 目的通过检测乙酰肝素酶(HPA)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)与正常肺组织中的表达,初步探讨HPA在NSCLC发生、浸润、转移中的作用。方法用免疫组化链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶连结(SP)法检测120例NSCLC(鳞癌60例,腺癌60例)组织和30例正常肺组织中HPA的表达水平。结果 (1)NSCLC组织中的HPA表达水平均高于正常肺组织(P<0.01);(2)腺癌组和鳞癌组的HPA表达水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.415);(3)根据NSCLC的分化程度,低分化组的HPA表达水平高于高-中分化组(P=0.001);(4)根据肿瘤分期,Ⅰ期﹑Ⅱ~Ⅲ期与Ⅳ期组的HPA表达水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经两两比较,Ⅱ~Ⅲ期组HPA表达水平高于Ⅰ期组,Ⅳ期组的HPA表达水平高于Ⅰ期﹑Ⅱ~Ⅲ期组(P<0.05)。结论 HPA参与了NSCLC的形成过程,并与其进展有关。 Objective To study preliminarily the role of heparanase(HPA) in the occurrence,invasion and metastasis of non-small cell hmg cancer(NSCLC) by detecting its expression in NSCLC and normal tissues. Methods To detect the HPA ex- pression level in 120 samples of NSCLC tissue (60 cases of squamous carcinoma and 60 cases of adenocarcinoma) and 30 sam- pies of normal lung tissue from the pathology department of Luzhou Medical College with the immunohistochemical SP method. Results ( 1 )The expression of HPA in the NSCLC group was significantly higher than that in the normal lung tissue group (P〈0.01). (2)The difference of expression of HPA between the lung squamous carcinoma and adenocarcinoma groups had no significance (P=0.415 ). ( 3 ) HPA was expressing significantly higher in the group with the low differentiation than the high and moderately dif- ferentiation (P=0.001 ). (4)According to the TNM stage, the expression of HPA had statistical differences in the comparison of the I stage group, the Ⅱ -Ⅲstage group and the Ⅳ stage group (P〈0.05). By the pairwise comparison, the expression of HPA in the Ⅱ -Ⅲ stage group was higher than that in the [ stage group, and the expression of HPA in the Ⅳ stage group was higher than that in the I stage group and the Ⅱ -Ⅲ stage group (P〈0.05). Conclusion HPA involves in carcinomatous formation process and is related with the progress of NSCLC.
