免疫组化双重染色法在毛细淋巴管研究中的应用

Study on the Lymphatic Capillaries Using the Immunohistochemical Double Staining.

目的 :评价免疫组化双重染色在毛细淋巴管研究中的作用。方法 :利用荆豆凝集素及IV型胶原单克隆抗体分别标记内层细胞和基底膜 ,对舌、颊等组织进行免疫组化双重染色。结果 :毛细淋巴管由于仅有一层内皮细胞构成而呈单层着色 ,而毛细血管则由于内皮细胞外还有一层完整的基底膜而呈双层着色。结论 :免疫组化双重染色法在毛细淋巴管的研究中是一种较为准确、客观的方法。

Objective: To evaluate the method of study on lymphatic capillaries using the immunohitochemical double staining technique. Methods: An immunohistochemical double staining technique was utilized in lingual , buccal tissue using UEA-1 in conjunction with a monoclonal antitype Ⅳ collagen anti-body to observe the lymphatic capillaries and blood capillaries. Results: Single colour was seen in lymphatic capillaries, and double colour were seen in blood capillaries. Conclusion: This method could accurately differentiate lymphatic capillaries from blood capillaries and tissular space.
