胃镜下氩离子凝固术治疗上消化道息肉临床护理

Clinical nursing of argon plasma coagulation under gastroscopy for treating upper gastrointestinal polyps

目的总结胃镜下氩离子凝固术(APC)治疗上消化道息肉的临床护理体会。方法对218例上消化道息肉患者采用无痛胃镜下APC治疗,并进行相应的手术前、中、后护理。结果 218例上消化道息肉患者经APC治疗后无出血、穿孔等严重并发症,全部治愈出院,治愈率为100%。结论胃镜下APC治疗上消化道息肉,具有安全、微创、恢复快、易操作等优势,治疗过程中与医生密切配合,做好手术前、中、后的护理在保证治疗效果方面起着重要作用。

Objective To summarize the clinical nursing experience of argon plasma coagulation （APC） under gas- troscopy in treating the patients with upper gastrointestinal polyps. Methods 218 patients with upper gastrointestinal polyps were treated with APC under painless gastroscopy. Results Among 218 cases of upper gastrointestinal polyps,no serious complica- tions like heamorrhage and perforation appeared after APC treatment,and all the cases were cured and discharged from hospital with the recovery rate of 100%. Conclusion APC has the superiority of safety,minimal invasion,quick recovery and easy oper- ability in treating upper gastrointestinal polyps under gastroscopy. Close cooperation with doctor and preoperative,intraperative and postoperative good nursing play an important role in guaranteeing the curative efficacy.
