Exploration and Practice of Professional Core Ability Training Integrated with Higher Vocational Teaching

职业核心能力,是相对于职业特定能力的一个概念,是从事任何职业或工作都离不开的最基本的能力,也是人们日常生活中必不可少的最重要的能力。本文作者结合高职教学的实践,对如何在教学中融入职业核心能力的培养进行了探索和思考。

Professional core ability, relative to professional specific ability, is the most basic ability that can not be separa- ted from any profession or work, and also the most indispensable ability in people＇s daily life. This paper probes the way of cultivating core competence in teaching based on the practice of higher vocational teaching.
