摘要
居民能源价格响应情况分析,对于制定合理的能源价格机制以激励用户进行响应来保证能源供给与能源需求的相对平衡及节能环保具有重要的意义。本文根据扩展线性支出系统(ELES)模型的基本理论,运用2006—2010年北京市居民平均每人全年用能消费支出和可支配收入的数据,对北京市居民的用能消费结构、能源价格的响应特征进行了实证分析。研究结果显示,各能源之间的交叉价格弹性总体较小,表现为互补关系,但电力和汽油之间的交叉价格弹性相对较大,表现出较强的替代关系。
The analysis of energy prices response characteristics of residents is significant to the development of rational energy pricing mechanism. It motivates users to respond in order to ensure the relative balance of energy supply and energy demand as well as energy conservation and environmental protection. According to the basic theory of Extended Linear Expenditure System （ELLS）, the energy consumption structure and price response characteristics of Beijing residents can be analyzed by making use of the data of Beijing residents full year energy consumption spending and disposable income per person from 2006 to 2010. The research results show the cross-price elasticity between energies is small which performance as complementary relationship, but the cross-price elasticity between electricity and gasoline is relatively large, and it is with strong substitution.
