摘要
为使广大援疆干部尽早适应新的生活环境,尽力适应新的工作岗位要求,尽快在新的形势下及早进入学习状态和不断提高综合知识水平,通过客人及主人的不同状态及各自的定位方式对比,运用相对性及主要矛盾的分析原理,揭示了几种客人与主人关系现象背后的根本性原因,提出了一种理想模式即最佳衔接模式,及实现这种模式应遵循的规律及基本方法。这些都为广大援疆干部在新环境的生存和发展提供了比较合理的思路和实现策略,以便于不断充实自己,充满信心地扎实工作在祖国最需要的地方,最大限度地发挥自己的聪明才智。
In order to adapt the new habitation and meet the station requirement in a new work and increase the synthesized knowledge standard, the orientation role comparison can be obtained by the several different states between the guest and the host. By using the principle for relativity and ambivalent thinking, the fundamental reasons are opened out in several kinds of relations between the guest and the host. An optimized mode is obtained, that is ideal mode. And then the followed law and basic methods is obtained. The modes and basic methods can be provided the reasonable thoughts and realized strategy, in order to enrich ourselves and work hard and furthest exert our wisdom.
