经济发展、教育发展与大学生就业困难并存,这是当前我国经济社会发展过程中出现的一个现象。就业难的一个重要原因就是全社会和大学生就业价值理念问题。破解这个困境的重要路径,就是通过大学生社会主义核心价值观建构,全社会和大学生树立一个科学的就业核心价值观,形成正确的价值取向。从核心价值观建构视角,探寻破解当代大学生就业困境的国家、社会、学校、家庭路径以及大学生自我实现路径,具有一定的理论和实践意义。

College students employment difficulties coexist with economic development,educational development,a phenomenon which appears in current economic and social development process.Looking beyond the surface,an important reason for the difficult employment problems lies in the values of society as a whole and the employment of university students.Cracking this dilemma fundamentally,is to construct socialist core values of the whole society and students to establish a scientific employment core values,to form the correct value orientation.Constructed from the core values of the national perspective,explore the crack of the plight of contemporary college students employment,society,schools,the family path as well as the students＇ self-realization path.
