摘要
脱硫塔是湿法烟气脱硫系统中的核心设备,脱硫的气、液反应主要在塔内进行,而复杂的温度场是影响脱硫效率的重要因素.内构件的合理布置可使塔内温度场更稳定,温度分布均匀,有利于提高脱硫效率.利用Fluent软件对脱硫塔内的温度场进行了三维数值模拟,并对得出的结果进行分析,在计算过程中选用RNG模型作为计算模型.通过计算分析表明,实际运行中应以小构件交叉布置后再与大构件配合布置才能获得更好的脱硫效果.
This paper gives numerical three-dimensions simulation of temperature field in the desulfurization tower with the Fluent software and RNG model chosen as the calculation model. The calculation results and relevant analysis show that the arrangement of internal structural elements has an obvious influence on the distribution of temperature field in the desulfurization tower. During the concrete operation, in order to obtain better desulfurization effect, smal- ler structural elements should be arranged in cross first, and then fitted with the bigger structural elements.
