摘要
本文采用问卷、访谈、观察等方法,对鄂西北农村学前教育状况进行了调查。结果显示,鄂西北农村学前教育园舍场地不达标,保教设施缺乏;幼儿教师在职称、学历、年龄结构上不合理,专业教师配备不足,待遇不好,流动性大,专业化水平低;园所规模小,班级人数多,班级比例不平衡;教学内容以"读、写、算"为主,教学组织管理小学化,课程教材杂、地方性不够。结合实际提出改善鄂西北农村学前教育的对策与建议。
Based on the method of questionnaire, preschool education in Northwest Hubei. The fi interview and observation, the authors made a study on the rural ndings show that in the rural area the schoolhouse conditions of kindergartens do not reach the standard, the nursing and teaching establishment is deficient; the teachers structure is unreasonable in teachers' professional title, educational background and age; the professional teachers are understaffed, the existing teachers are unstable, overloaded with work, get low pay and low level of specialization; the kindergartens are small in scale, the proportion of class is unbalanced with crowded children; the teaching and management tends to follow the arrangement for primary school pupils with three R' s as the main taching contents, the textbooks are various and local characteristics lacking. Finally, the authors put forward some strategies and suggestion to perfect rural preschool education combined with actual situation.
