摘要
结合机组运行SIS数据,分析过热蒸汽Na^+超标原因,认为机组启动前过热器受热面管道反冲洗不彻底,沉淀物过多是导致运行中过热蒸汽Na^+超标的主要原因,而运行中汽包水位、过热器减温水、负荷的变化幅度及速度是影响过热蒸汽Na^+超标的诱因,提出了加强反冲洗、降低汽包水位、调整控制系统参数和加强排污等减少超标的措施,基本保证了汽水品质在合格范围。
Combined SIS data from unit operation, this paper analyzes the causes of over standard of Na+ in superheated steam. It is pointed out that the main causes of Na+ exceeding standard are as following: poor backwashing of superheater heating surface tubes before unit starting, excess precipitation, as well as the inducement of Na+ exceeding standard, including drum level, the desuperheating water of superheater and the changeable amplitude and speed of load during operation. The countermeasures are proposed to ensure qualified steam-water, such as improving the backwashing, reducing the drum level, adjusting control system parameters and strengthening blowdown.
