摘要 研究了25Cr2Ni2MoV转子钢贝氏体焊缝韧性的影响因素,对贝氏体焊缝进行不同温度下的冲击韧性试验,采用热模拟方法重点研究焊缝层间区域,结果表明,焊缝整体冲击韧性良好,层间局部区域呈现撕裂棱较多的准解理形貌,焊缝层间区域为韧性薄弱环节,裂纹沿焊缝局部富碳区域中的M-A组元扩展,M-A组元的存在是影响韧性的主要因素之一。相关结果对如何选择焊材、优化焊接及热处理工艺具有指导意义。 The weld toughness influential factors of bainitic weld of 25Cr2Ni2MoV LP welded rotor were studied and impact toughness test for bainitic weld in different temperatures was conducted. The method of thermal simulation was used to analyze the weld interlaminar region, showing that the weld owned good toughness and the cracks propagated in unstable manner in the interlaminar region between two adjacent beads, and the fracture was quasi- cleavage fracture. So, the interlaminar regions were relatively weak in toughness. The further investigation demonstrated that the cracks were propagated along M-A constituents in the carbon-rich areas, and M-A constituents were one of the major effecting factors to toughness. All the results can give some important advice about how to choice the welded metal, the welding procedure and the technology for heating in the manufacturing of the welded rotors.
