摘要 基于颗粒随机轨道模型,将烟气看成连续相,将颗粒视为离散相,采用气固单向耦合方法,应用Fluent软件对某船用增压锅炉燃气轮机级多叶片流道内的气固两相流动特性进行了数值模拟,重点分析了不同直径固体颗粒在动静叶栅通道中的运动轨迹分布特点、颗粒对叶片表面的碰撞作用。研究结果可为燃气轮机叶片抗磨损能力的优化设计提供理论依据。 Based on particulate stochastic trajectory model, the CFD software Fluent is adopted to simulate gas- solid two phase flow characteristics through the cascade of the gas turbine used in the turbo-charger set of marine supercharged boiler. Meanwhile, the soot is regarded as continuous phase and particulate is dispersed phase. The gas-solid unidirectional coupling method is employed and the trajectory distribution characteristics of solid particles in different diameters, as well as impact of granules to blade surface are analyzed emphatically. The research results can provide guidelines for optimization design of the gas turbine blade wear property.
