A SWOT analysis on the employment competitiveness of female students in higher vocational colleges

文章从SWOT理论视角,对高职女生就业面临的自身内部因素和外部环境结合起来进行研究,深入剖析当前高职女生就业的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁,提出SO战略、WO战略、ST战略以及SW战略,切实提升就业相对弱势的高职女生的就业竞争力。

In this paper, On virtue of using the SWOT analsis, the study of employment internal factors and external environment that vocational college female students face is given. By the analysis of advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats, the SO strategy, WO strategy, ST steategy and SW strategy to enhance the employment competitiveness of college female students are put forward.
