Detection on Specific Antibody and Circulating Antigens in Sera from Patients with Toxoplasmosis by SPA ELISA

目的 :检测弓形虫感染者血清中特异性抗和循环抗原 (CAg)。方法 :应用SPA ELISA检测血清标本 ,结果 :SPA ELISA检测特异性抗体和CAg的敏感性和特异性与常规ELISA相似 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,结论

Objective:In order to explore specific antibody and circulating antigen(CAg) in sera of patients with toxopla smosis.Method:68 sera specimans were detected by SPA ELISA.Result:The positive rates were 100% and 75.0%(51/68) respectively.The sensitivity and spesificity were similar to those of classical ELISA( P >0.05).Conclution:SPA ELISA is a simple and convenient method for immunodiagnosis of Toxoplasma infection.
