多普勒超声心动图对心肌梗塞后左室重构及心功能的应用价值

Values of Doppler Echocardiography in the Analysis of Left Ventricular Remodeling and Cardiac Function in Patients After MI

目的 :研究心梗后患者的左室重构和心功能变化。方法 :应用多普勒超声心动图研究 6 6例心梗后患者 (心梗组 )和 6 6例无器质性心脏病者 (对照组 )的左室重构和心功能变化。结果 :心梗组LVDd、LVDs较对照组明显增大 (P <0 .0 5 )而CI、LVEF显著降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,DT、IVRT延长 (P <0 .0 1)。E A比值减少。结论 :梗塞膨展和心室扩张是心梗后左室重构的主要病理过程 ,左室重构对心脏收缩和舒张功能产生不良影响 。

Objective:To evaluate the LVR and CF in patients after MI.Methods:Doppler Echocardiographic indexes of LVR and CF were analysed in 66 patients after MI(MI group)and 66 normal subjects(The control group).Results:LVDd and LVDs were larger in MI group than those in the control group( P <0.05).While CI and LVEF were significantly decreased( P <0.01).DI and IVRT were prolonged in the patients after MI.These patients also had a smaller E/A than the control group.Conclusion:Infarction expansion and ventricular enlargment are the main pathological courses of LVR in patients after MI.And LVR can cause a unfavourable effect on cardiac systolic and diastolic functions.Doppler echocardiography have great values in studying LVR and CF in these patients.
