电除尘器电流密度测试装置的设计和研究

摘要 静电除尘器的极板上不同位置的电流密度分布的均匀性对其除尘效率具有明显影响。电除尘器内部电场中的随时间变化的电流和电压的变化,会影响粉尘的荷电和收集,最终决定静电除尘器的性能。通过静电除尘器的电流密度测试装置能将极板上的电流转化成电压,通过数据采集卡进行采集,由PC进行记录得到电除尘器的电压波形,克服了传统电除尘器电流密度测试的局限性。 The curreot density distribution homogeneity on lhe different position of the plate of electrostatic precipitator has significant elfeet on the efficiency of dust ,:olleelion. The changing between the voltage and current with lime in the internal electric fiele of electrostatic precipitator, can make influence on charged dust and collection, finally decide the performance of electrostatit precipitator. Current density testing device of electrostatic precipitator can change current on the plate into voltage, and the data was collected by the data acquisition card. The voltage waveform of electric precipitator was recorded by PC. which overcome the limitations of current density testing of the traditional elcvlvic dust collector.
