摘要
发动机的冷却系统对发动机的工作性能有极大的影响。发动机冷却水道作为冷却系统中的重要部分,其结构的设计是否合理,直接导致能否满足人们对发动机的强化程度和性能提高的要求。通过对发动机冷却水道流场CFD分析研究,在Fluent中对发动机冷却水道内冷却液的流速、温度进行分析,再结合模拟计算的结果评价发动机冷却效果,并讨论优化方法。
The cooling system of engine has a great impact on the engine's running performance. As an important part of the cooling system, the rationality of the structure of the cooling channels on the engine jacket will leads directly to whether the engine's strengthening degree and other properties can meet the needs of practice. CFD (computational fluid dynamics) analysis for the cooling channels is carried out. The coolant flow and the temperature are analyzed in Fluent software, and cooling performance are discussed, at the same time the optimization method came up as a combination of a lot of different final research factors.
