摘要
普通立式加工中心有三个进给轴,可实现三轴联动,一般只能对加工对象的一个面进行加工,当需要加工另一个面时,需要重新装夹。这样既无法保证位置精度,又降低了效率。文中在原有立式加工中心的基础上,加装了第四轴-旋转轴,解决了这个问题。
A common vertical machining center only has three feed shafts, and can only realize three axis simultaneous motion for processing one surface of ohjects. When processing another surface, tile workpiece needs secondary clamp, which can not ensure the position precision and the efficiency. Fourth - axis of rotation shaft is installed on the original vertical machining center for solve this problem.
