基于虚拟激励法的某重型车平顺性仿真分析

摘要 讨论了虚拟激励法的基本理论,为将其应用于车辆振动系统,构造了路面位移虚拟激励。以二自由度车辆振动系统为研究对象,推导了该系统的频率响应函数。结合路面参数虚拟激励,给出了车辆平顺性分析参数悬挂加速度、悬架动挠度、车轮与路面相对动载功率谱密度的求解方法。对某重型车进行仿真分析,给出了其在C级路面上以30m/s速度行驶时的相应功率谱密度曲线。 The grounded theory of virtual excitation method was slated. In ordel" to apply this method to tile vehicle vibration system, road displacement virtual excitation was constructed. A two-degree of freedom vehicle vibration system was studied and its frequeney response functions were deducted. Combined with road parameters virtual excitation, tnethod to calculate such vehicle road comfort analysis parameters as the power spectrum density of suspension aeceleration, suspension deflections, relative dynamic load between wheel and road was provided. Simulation anti analysis of one heavy duty truck were carried out and its relevant power spectrum density curves while it drove on C grade road at 30ntis were given.
