摘要
介绍在数控铣床上利用CAXA制造工程师软件对"吊钩"锻模零件进行自动编程的过程:即对加工对象———吊钩进行绘图建模,分析加工工艺,确定加工刀具路径,设置合适的加工参数,进行刀具路径模拟和实体切削验证,自动生成加工程序。采用该方法可以大大简化手工宏程序编程的计算量,缩减空走刀时间,提高加工效率。
The automatic programming process for hook forging die parts is finished based on the software of CAXA manufacturing engineer. The hook is drawn and modeled, processing technology is analyzed, the machining tool path is determined, the appropriate machining parameters are set, tool path simulation and verification are carried out, and programming code is generated automatically. The method can greatly simplify the manual macro programming calculation, and reduce idle cutting time, improve processing efficiency.
