介绍蔡小荪教授辨治产后痹证的临床经验。认为产后痹证初起以血虚为本,风寒湿邪侵袭为标;日久肝肾亏虚,邪留经络;治疗以养血祛风、益气和营为主,主张用养血药、祛风药、温通药。

This paper introduces Professor Cai Xiaosun＇ s experience in the differentiation and treatment of puerperal obstructive disorders. It is argued that puerperal obstructive disorders result from the corttraction of pathogenic wind, cold and dampness based on blood deficiency in the early stage, and from collateral obstruction based on liver-kidney insufficiency in the late stage; that its treatment aims to enrich blood to disperse wind, and supplement qi and harmonize ying aspect primarily by blood-enriching herbs, wind-dispersing herbs and warming-unhlocking herbs.
