摘要
通过病案分析,介绍口甘的证治体会。认为本症病机主要为脾(胃)热,脾阳虚及痰瘀亦能致病;治疗宜辨证论治,泻黄散为常用有效方剂。
This paper analyzes the medical records to introduce the syndrome differentiation and treatment of sweet taste in mouth. It is suggested that the main pathogenesis of this disease are spleen (stomach) -heat, spleen-yang deficiency and phlegm-stasis; the treatment should be based on syndrome differentiation, and "Xiehuang Powder" can be used effectively as usual.
