前臂桡侧游离皮瓣修复口腔颌面软组织缺损的体会—附92例报告

Experience of repairing oral and maxillofacial defects by radial forearm free flap-92 cases report.

目的 :总结用前臂桡侧游离皮瓣修复口腔颌面软组织缺损的经验。方法 :对我科 92例应用前臂桡侧游离皮瓣修复口腔颌面软组织缺损的病例进行临床分析。结果 :前臂桡侧游离皮瓣具有许多符合口腔颌面部修复要求的优点 ,本组 92例的成功率为 95 .7% ;修复口内缺损时注意皮瓣下勿留有死腔 ,保持局部引流通畅 ,否则易导致感染发生。结论 :前臂桡侧游离皮瓣是一种多功能的优良皮瓣 ,适合修复口腔颌面部各个解剖区域的软组织缺损。

Objective: Summarizing experience of repairing oral and maxillofacial defects by radial forearm free flap. Methods: The clinical records of 92 cases of radial forearm free flap for the oral and maxillofacial reconstruction were summed up and analyzed. Results: The radial forearm free flap has many advantages which accord with the demands of oral and maxillofacial reconstruction, with the overall success rate of 95.7% in this group. It is important to eliminate the dead spaces and maintain clear drainage under the flap or the infection may be occurred. Conclusion: The radial forearm free flap is a multifunction flap with good texture, which is suited to repairing soft tissue defects in each oral and maxillofacial region.
