压电传感器快速检测牛奶中抗生素残留量

摘要 基于嗜热链球菌繁殖使牛奶黏度、密度发生改变,从而导致压电晶体频率发生改变,据此提出了应用压电传感器,通过测定频率检测时间(FDT)来间接测定牛奶中抗生素残留量的方法。氨苄青霉素、氯霉素、氧氟沙星和硫酸双氢链霉素检出限(3S/N)分别为0.30,0.36,0.29,0.28μg·L^(-1)。方法用于测定牛奶中抗生素的含量,并加入氯霉素做回收试验,测得回收率在82.0%~90.4%之间。 Based on the changes of dynamic viscosity and density of milk with the breeding of S. thermophilus in milk, which lead to the frequency change of piezoelectric sensor, a new method for the indirect determination of residual amount of antibiotics in milk was proposed using piezoelectric sensor by determination of frequency detection time (FDT). Values of detection limit (3S/N) of ampicillin, chloromycetin, cfloxacin and dihydrostreptomycin sulfate found were 0.30, 0. 36, 0. 29, 0. 28 μg·L^-1 , respectively. Test for recovery was made on the base of milk samples by addition of chloromycetin standard, giving values of recovery in the range of 82. 0%-90. 4%
