^(125)I种子源源芯制备工艺的改进

摘要 对^(125)I种子源制备过程中的关键工艺——源芯制备工艺进行了改进,采用将银丝预镀钯层后再进行^(125)I吸附的方法制备^(125)I种子源源芯。用1.0 g·L^(-1)氯化钯溶液0.1 mL作为镀液;溶液中氯化钯与氯化氢的物质的量比为1比1。经紫外分光光度法测定,每根银丝上钯的饱和量为0.2 mg,对碘的吸附率约为94%。经扫描电镜和X光电子能谱表征可知,银丝表面成功地吸附了单质碘,该吸附为物理吸附。 The key technology in preparation of source core of ^125Ⅰ seed source was modified by plating Pd on the surface of Ag wire and then using it to adsorb ^125Ⅰ. One tenth mL of 1.0 g·L^-1 PdCl2 solution containing HCl with mole ratio between PdCl2 and HCl of 1 to 1 was used for the plating. Values of saturation capacity of Pd on the surface of Ag wire was attained to 0. 2 mg and rate of adsorption against I was attained to about 94% as determined by UV spectrophotometry. It was found that iodine was adsorbed successfully on the surface of Pd-plated Ag wire as characterized by scanning electron microscope and X ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and the adsorption was proved to be physical adsorption.
