摘要
通过对3Cr20Ni11Mo2PB钢原材料及断裂气阀的力学性能、硬度、断口及显微组织进行分析,对气阀批量脆性断裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:气阀脆性断裂主要是由于气阀加工过程中固溶处理温度过高,使其显微组织严重过热局部过烧,极大降低了材料的塑性和韧性导致的。
The batch brittle fracture causes of 3Cr20Ni11Mo2PB steel gas valves were analyzed by means off mechanical properties test. hardness test. metallographic examination and fracture analysis. The result show that the brittle fracture off the gas valves was mainly caused by the serious over-heated and partial over-burnt structure. which greatly reducect the plasticity and toughness of the gas valves beeatlse of the high solution temperature.
