Design and Realization of Virtual Maintenance Training System for Crew

机务培训是提高机务从业人员知识水平和维修技能的重要手段,是保证飞机维修质量的基础。虚拟现实技术(VR)应用于飞机机务培训,能使受训者通过虚拟仿真得到操作真实设备的训练效果,与传统机务培训相比,训练效果好。以机务培训为研究对象,首先分析了虚拟机务培训系统需求,然后阐述了系统开发总体方案、关键技术、实现方法。最终建立了虚拟机务培训系统,很好地解决了传统飞机机务培训中的不足。

Maintenance training was an important method to improve crew＇ knowledge and skill,the base to ensure the quality of maintenance.Using virtual reality in maintenance training can make the trainer get real equipment operation training effects.It has good training effect than traditional methods.The paper researched on commercial airplane maintenance training.Firstly,it analyzed the request of maintenance training and then the scheme of the system.Key technologies of maintenance and control method to real-ize were researched one by one.Finally,the virtual maintenance training system for crew is built and it solves the shortage of tradi-tional training nicely.
