摘要
用 SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对羊源细粒棘球蚴两种抗原 (抗原 B、粗抗原 )蛋白组份进行对比 ,并采用酶联免疫印渍技术 (EITB) ,抗原 B显示三个特异免疫活性组份 (2 3k D、16 k D、12 k D) ,而推测这三个蛋白组份可能是抗原 B诊断继发棘球蚴病鼠有效的特异性抗原组份。
SDS PAGE and EITB techniques were used in the analysis of the two kinds of antigens (antigen B and crude antigen). And EITB technique was also used in detecting antibodies against two month experimental mice with echinococcosis and normal mice. The results revealed the specific reaction bands with components of 23kD, 16kD and 12kD in antigen B, which could be recognized by the sera from experimental mice with echinococcosis.
