摘要
采用hypermesh有限元软件,对由叶片与前后盖板及轮毂构成且各部件间采用铆钉连接的叶轮,分别进行模态分析和施加离心力的应力分析。得出叶轮受离心力作用的von Mise应力和铆钉所受剪切力,在叶片与前盖板处和后盖板与轮毂连接处铆钉受较大剪切力。
Finite element software hypermesh is used to carry out the modal analysis and the stress analysis of centrifugal force for the impeller which is assembled by the front and back covet, blades and wheel hub, and each component is connected by rivets. It is obtained the yon Mise stress and shear force of the rivets, and between blades and front cover, back cover and wheel hub appear larger shear force on rivet.
