摘要 管式斜流风机是放置在管道中的无蜗壳斜流风机,它的出口动能很大,无法利用,若安装后导叶能明显改善性能。传统方法不能设计这种导叶,由于无法确定风机出口流动方向。本文利用预估整机性能数值模拟提出一种数值方法来设计后导叶,并对导叶型线、安装位置、叶片数、安装角等参数依次进行优化,结果提高风机全压及其效率的相对值近20%。 A tubural mixed flow fan is a fan put in a pipe and without housing. Its outlet kinetic energy is very large, but cannot be used. The fan performance would be greatly improved if fitting the rear guide vanes. The traditional method could not be used to design these vanes, because the flow direction at the fan outlet could not be determined. In this paper a numerical method is presented to design the rear guide vanes using the numerical simulation of the whole fan for the performance prediction. Then the parameters of the profile of the vane, setting position, vane number and stagger angle are in order optimized. Finally, the relative values of the whole pressure and its efficiency have been improved about 20 %.
