空气悬浮单级高速离心风机节能可行性分析 被引量:4

摘要 针对单级高速离心风机运行效率低、噪声大和维护费用高等问题,采用空气悬浮单级高速离心风机进行替换,并对其工作原理、节能效果做可行性分析。改造的结果是整机效率从原单级高速离心风机低于40%提高到68%以上,年节电727 080kW.h,年经济效益40.7万元。 Based on high speed single stage centrifugal fan in low efficiency, high noise and high maintenance cost problem, the air suspension high speed single stage centrifugal blower was used to replace it, and the feasibility analysis was carried out for the working principle and energy saving effect. The transformation results were that the efficiency in single stage high speed centrifugal fan below 40% increased to more than 68%, the power-saving is 727080 kW· h and economic benefits reaches 407000 yuan per year.
