灰仓鼠和草原兔尾鼠感染细粒棘球蚴和多房棘球蚴的实验研究 被引量:13

摘要 用细粒棘球蚴 (Echinococcusgranulosus)原头节和多房棘球蚴 (Echinococcus multilocularis)原头节实验感染灰仓鼠(Cricetulusmigratorius)和草原兔尾鼠 (L agurus lagurus) ,并以 NIH小鼠和 BAL B/ c小鼠做对照 ,观察了继发性棘球蚴囊的发育情况。四种鼠的细粒棘球蚴感染率分别为 31% (37/ 118)、2 1% (6 / 2 8)、97% (30 / 31)和 89% (39/ 44 )。灰仓鼠和草原兔尾鼠继发囊发育远落后于 NIH小鼠和 BAL B/ c小鼠。灰仓鼠、草原兔尾鼠和 NIH小鼠对多房棘球蚴均可感染。灰仓鼠接种后第 2 5 d囊泡重量为 (0 .2 2± 0 .15 ) g,第 6 0 d为 (1.14± 0 .46 ) g,第 41d出现成熟原头节。草原兔尾鼠在接种后第 2 5 d囊泡重量为 0 .0 1g,第 6 0 d为 (0 .5 6± 0 .18) g,第 49d在组织切片和第 6 0 d在沉渣滴片中检出成熟原头节。作为对照的 NIH小鼠接种后直到第 90 d囊泡重量为 (0 .5 3± 0 .44 ) g,未查出成熟的原头节。实验证明灰仓鼠和草原兔尾鼠对多房棘球蚴十分敏感 ,在用于建立泡型包虫病的实验动物模型方面有独特优点。 The Cricetulus migratorius and Lagurus lagurus were experimentaly infected with protoscolices of metacestodes of E.granulosus and E.multilocularis by intraperitoneal infection and with NIH mice and BALB/c mice as control animal. The infection rates of E.granulosus were 31% (37/118) in C.migratorius, 21%(6/28) in L.lagurus, 97%(30/31) in NIH mice and 89% (39/44) in BALB/c mice. Development of secondary cysts in former two species of wild rodents were obviously behind the latter two strains of mice. C.migratorius and L. lagurus are sensitive to infection of protoscolices of E.moltilocularis. The wet weight of cysts in C.migratorius were (0.22±0.15)g and (1.14±0.46)g respectively at the 25th day and the 60th day after inoculation. The mature protoscolex was found at the 41th day. The wet weight of L.lagurus were 0.01g and (0.56±0.18)g at the 25th day and the 60th day after inoculation respectively. The mature protoscolex were found at the 49th day in tissue section and the 60th day on homogenate deposit smears of cyst tissues. The wet weight of cysts in NIH mice was reached to (0.53±0.44)g until the 90th day after inoculation and without mature protoscolex. The results indicates that the C.migratorius and L.lagurus are very sensitive to E.multilocu laris and suitable to establishment of animal models in alveolar echinococcosis.
