灰仓鼠的生长和发育研究

Study on Growth Development of Cricetulus migratorius

对实验室饲养的灰仓鼠进行了生长、发育及行为观察 ,测定了其各项生物学生长发育指标 ,结果显示体重、体长、尾长、后足长及脏器在 15 d之前生长发育最快 ,其中体重生长率是观察指标中增长最快的 ,性腺在性成熟前有两个生长高峰 ,根据不同日龄的脏器和性腺发育特点及其它生物学指标 ,灰仓鼠的生长发育可划分为乳鼠期、幼鼠期、亚成体期和成熟期四个阶段。

It was observed for the merphology, behaviour, growth development of biological measurement on grey hamsters (Cricetulus migratorius) in laboratory. The results show that it is faster for growth rate of the weight, body length, tail length, hind foot length and organs before 15d in whole growth stages, in which the growth rate of weight increases the fast in the observation indices. There are two high peaks of the growth on the sex organs before sex organ maturing. The growth of the animal can be divided into four stages by merphology, behaviour, sex, growth development and capacity of controlling body temperature.
