摘要
脂肪酶是一种重要的工业酶类,在脂肪代谢中发挥着重要作用,广泛存在于动植物以及微生物中,目前主要利用微生物进行制备和规模化生产。本文主要论述了微生物脂肪酶的酶学特性,在机体中的作用机理以及在动物生产中的应用效果。
Lipase is an important industrial enzymes, which plays an important role in the fat metabolism. It existed widely in animals, plants and microorganisms, it is mainly prepared and large- scale produced by microbial lipases. The study mainly discussed the enzymatic characteristics of microbial lipases in the body＇s mechanism of action, and the application effect in animal production.
